We are proud to celebrate our newest graduates during this year’s commencement exercises!
2024 Commencement
- May 10, 2024 at 4:00pm - Graduate Ceremony (Master's and Doctoral Degrees)
- May 11, 2024 at 10:00am - Undergraduate Commencement (Bachelor's Degrees)
Each student will be given 8 tickets for the Undergraduate ceremony. Tickets will not be required for the Graduate ceremony.
Diplomas
Diplomas are mailed by our diploma manufacturer. They have informed us that students graduating in May should receive their diplomas in mid-July. If you graduated in December, you should receive your diploma in mid-February.
Diplomas will be mailed to your permanent address that you provided in Sentry. It is highly important to change your address before the end of the semester if you plan to move after graduating. You are permitted to change your address to another like a relative or your place of business, NOT to RMU to pick up.
If you change your address after final exams, you will be responsible for the postage of remailing your diploma when it is returned to the manufacturer.
- Domestic mailing will be charged USPS fee of $10.00.
- International mailing will be charged FedEx fee of $50.00.
Photography
Professional photographers will take your picture as you receive your diploma on stage. Island Photography (islandphoto.com) will send you sample proofs via e-mail, and you will have the option of ordering from a variety of sizes. There is no obligation to purchase.
