Graduates of 2015

Congratulations on Your Upcoming Graduation,

Let me be the first to acknowledge your graduation and request that you read the following website thoroughly.

Here at Robert Morris University, Commencement is our biggest day of the year - a true celebration that you will remember the rest of your life. You have begun a process that involves several important steps that are outlined on this page. Please ensure that you complete each step by the respective deadlines.

First, you should have completed your Graduation Application by the deadline date of January 26, 2015 - nothing happens until this form is submitted to Academic Services.

Step 1

Complete your graduation application no later than January 26, 2015.

Second
, you should complete the online Josten's Order Form to specify your cap and gown size, announcements, and shipping instructions.

Step 2

Order and pay for your regalia by April 2 and have your packet shipped home.

After April 2

Jostens cannot guarantee delivery of your regalia and if it is possible, you will be assessed a $20 late fee.

Third, attend Senior Salute, a special two-day event just for graduates. On March 30 & 31, from 11am until 7pm, you can stop by the Nicholson Student Center rotunda and confirm that your graduation application is in order, review your diploma information, visit with several organizations that are there just for seniors, and maybe purchase a class ring. Senior Salute is the official beginning of the graduation festivities.

Academic Services stands ready to make your graduation day one of the most memorable days of your life. But YOU must do your part. Stop by our office in Patrick Henry 200 or call us at 412-397-6230 if you have any questions. But, please do so before the set deadlines that you see above. We look forward to seeing you at Commencement.
