Special Needs Requests
All general admission seating for the 2016 RMU Graduate and Undergraduate
Commencement ceremonies are located in the bleacher sections of the Sewall
Center Arena. Guests with disabilities
and older adults may find this type of seating inaccessible.
Special Needs seating is available at both the Graduate and Undergraduate
Ceremony for parents and or family members upon request.
Those who should request special needs reserved seating in advance
include: Guests in Wheelchairs, Electric
Scooters and Walkers; unable to walk long distances, unable to climb stairs and
have vision and/or are hearing Impaired.
If a member of your family
has a disability and requires Special Needs seating accommodations, all
graduates should go to www.rmu.edu/commencement, after April 4, and
click on the link for Special Needs Seating.
Special Note for the Undergraduate Ceremony only: Guest requesting Special Needs Reserved
Seating ticket are required to also have a 2016 RMU Undergraduate ceremony
Requests must be made in person
at the Office of Student Life before Friday, April 29, 2016.
